Frankly, I am not sure if concentrating on a single window is really that productive - a gal does need little breaks, doesn't she.

and CONGRATULATIONS on the half marathon thingie. Six months before I ran my first one, I couldn't run even half a kilometer. Two months before, I couldn't imagine being brave enough to register for my first. But I did, and am now addicted. Go for it, Gal!Natashahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00481081735923606868noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7522290935304299870.post-33316678755599131882009-10-19T19:13:19.064+01:002009-10-19T19:13:19.064+01:00I have 10 windows open, Tara. Then again, 4 of them are work.

But I am SOOOOOOOOO Proud of you for the half marathon commitment--there is an excellent plan to get started called Couch to 5K (google it)--from there building makes sense, but to get started, it is excellent in keeping you at baby steps so you don't overdo it and have to take an actual BREAK. In fact... Maybe I should do it with you. I'm at power walking, but haven't run more than a tiny bit in ages.

But it is the BOOK I am thrilled about. I SWEAR, one hour every day will get the thing written. And I've seen part of it, so I know it will be great!Hart Johnsonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17599570189253229318noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7522290935304299870.post-76310275202259450312009-10-19T17:06:19.113+01:002009-10-19T17:06:19.113+01:00Multiple windows are a huge problem for me. I could unplug the internet, as suggested, but honestly... that probably wouldn't help as I'd just plug it back in again.*snorts*

And no gym today. Not that I need it today because I've burned off more calories than normal (I've ben shifting furniture all day and running up and down the stairs like a ninny).Amber T. If it becomes too problematic for me, I switch the internet box off or disconnect the USB.

Now get down the gym and pump some iron.M.J.
