Quinquefarious. *
A limerick is quinquefarious,
With themes that are sometimes nefarious.
Add some odd quotes,
And maybe some goats,
The result will be quite hilarious.
Man, I SO need to have this book! |
*Quinquefarious means 'arranged in five rows'. *nods wisely* Look how clever I am. *snort*
surely you're pulling my leg?
ReplyDeleteI googled quinquefarious! LOL! I can only dream I'll have an opportunity to use that word some day!

Hahahaha... I'd never heard of it either. *snort* I'll let you all in on a secret - I googled 'q words' and came across an extensive list. As soon as I saw what quinquefarious meant, I HAD to use it.
ReplyDelete*snarf* You ARE clever!!! Hysterical!
ReplyDeleteWhat a great limerick! And so challenging for the letter Q entry. Goats and quotes...hah! I don't think I could ever quote a goat. They might eat my coat or sink my boat. Or even steal my root beer float. Then they'd gloat.
ReplyDeleteHappy to meet you via the A-Z Challenge!
Cool word, but bet you will never use it again ;) ?
