L is for...

Limericks!!

Those five little lines can be funny,
And make cloudy days become sunny.
When I was theme picking,
I chose limericking.
And now I'm a happy bunny!

  2. Love limericks! Yours is especially cute.

I used to teach and I always did a poetry unit in April. On limerick day, I had to tell the kids their poems could not start with "There once was a man from Nantucket"...some of them got it. Some didn't.

See, I don't have anything to say today. Other than perhaps a HUGE apology for leaving out lemons. In my defense it was an intricate piece of art that has a MUCH deeper meaning than my brain is able to artifact. Manifact? Fantumac? Potomac?
